Legal analysis of instruments to promote acceptance and engagement
The approach explores the role of prosumers in the energy transition process in the Baltic Sea region from a legal perspective. The project identifies and systematizes best practice examples in the legal systems of the Baltic Sea region. The development of national legal systems will be examined in order to understand whether prosumer and energy communities are developing in a way that supports a successful energy transition. At the same time, the EU’s framework for strengthening citizen engagement in the energy transition will also be evaluated to determine which aspects need to be strengthened.
