Conference language: English
Do you have a research question and are you looking for (inter-) disciplinary methodological or technical expertise? Do you have specific methodological expertise or special research equipment and are you looking for applications? Are you curious or new at the University or at the Greifswald Science Network and do you want to get in touch with researchers you don't know yet? Are there challenges for which you are seeking answers that transcend the boundaries of your field?
... then participate in "Forschung vernetzt" on 10 April 2025 at the Alfried Krupp Wissenschaftskolleg!
With this casual, effective networking event, we have been inviting researchers from Greifswald to get to know each other and exchange ideas across faculty boundaries since 2018.
This year’s thematic focus is our research priority Baltic Sea Region research. In addition, an open-topic session offers the freedom to present expertise and research questions going beyond that focus.
Key details:
Date: Thursday, 10 April 2025, from 2 p.m.
Location: Alfried Krupp Wissenschaftskolleg Greifswald
Agenda: 2 sessions with pitches, coffee break in between, followed by an aperitif with the opportunity for informal exchange
Registration: Please register via the following registration form until 14 March 2025.
Participation: You can
a) participate with a 5-minute pitch in which you outline your research interest and networking needs in the session „Baltic Sea Region research“, or the open-topic session, or
b) present a poster or
c) come to the event as a guest and then network actively.
In each case, please register via the registration form until 14 March 2025.
Participants: With the goal of interdisciplinary networking and the perspective of joint research projects, "Forschung vernetzt" is primarily aimed at researchers of the Science Network Greifswald who are themselves eligible to apply to the usual funding institutions, i.e. after completing their doctorate. Doctoral researchers are welcome as guests!
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Dr. Stefan Seiberling, Maria Moynihan or Sara Hackert at the Research Support Centre (zffuni-greifswaldde).
