The Baltic-German University Liaison Office in Riga funds academic projects that promote cooperation between Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, as well as collaboration between the Baltic States and Germany. Projects from all disciplines and in various formats—such as lectures, seminars, research projects, conferences, and publications—are eligible.
