The Conference on Russia Papers invites proposals for its 2027 volume.
We seek chapter contributions analysing contemporary Russia and its strategic impact on the Baltic region, Europe, the transatlantic alliance, and global security dynamics. Help shape a volume that informs both scholarly understanding and practical policy considerations of Russia’s evolving role as a strategic competitor on regional and global scales!
This is a curated volume, and all proposals will be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief to ensure relevance, clarity, and analytical quality. Contributions may be scholarly, policy-focused, or a combination. Discussions regarding early-stage ideas are encouraged.
Proposed Topics:
- Analytically examine Russia’s political, military, economic, or societal developments.
- Assess implications for regional, European, or transatlantic security, or global strategic trends.
- Offer new data, insights, or conceptual perspectives on Russia as a strategic actor, suitable for both academic and policy audiences.
