Analysis of spatio-temporal patterns along urban-rural gradients

The aim of Work Package 3 is to identify patterns in the changing settlement structure of urban areas based on the results of WP 1 and to link these to demographic and socio-economic indicators. The focus here is on the comparative analysis of socio-demographically growing and shrinking cities in the Baltic Sea region.
